Mayo Straight 17 cm — Appendicectomy Fascia

17 cm is the routine appendicectomy size — Lanz-incision external-oblique aponeurosis division, internal-oblique splitting, and peritoneal-closure suture cutting. It also covers the open-cholecystectomy Kocher-incision fascia step on the rare patients still going down that route, and the Pfannenstiel rectus-sheath incision on emergency C-section.
