Artery 125° Curved 18 cm — Reverse-Curve Maximum Behind-Access
The 125° curved angle takes behind-vessel access to its mechanical limit — left-recurrent-laryngeal-nerve sparing curved cut behind the aortic arch during oesophagectomy, retro-pancreatic-vein vessel-preserving manoeuvre during distal pancreatectomy, and behind-the-spleen splenic-vein cuff trim in distal-spleno-renal shunt. The reverse curve unlocks behind-organ corners.

- RLN-sparing aortic arch
