The LEXER osteotome is named after Erich Lexer (1867–1937, Munich). Its design is used for reconstructive and trauma orthopedics; commonly chosen for clavicle and long-bone osteotomy. Blade 10 mm, overall length 180 mm.

Our version is forged from AISI 420 German-grade stainless, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated to ASTM A967. straight bevel, square cross-section, heavier than a Lambotte. Packed individually, laser-marked with our SKU BS 14-246-04 and ready for steam sterilisation at 134 °C / 18 min.
