Pattern: FREER. Family: Elevator. Overall length 190 mm.
Designed by Otto Tiger Freer (1857–1932), this pattern is used for septal work and small-bone periosteal lift; double-ended with sharp and blunt edges. Slim double-ended blade, narrow shaft.
Built on our floor in Sialkot from AISI 420 forging blanks, milled to the original German geometry, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated. The instrument carries laser-mark NK 15-40-01, ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, and is cleared for steam sterilisation at 134 °C.
