The FREER elevator is named after Otto Tiger Freer (1857–1932). Its design is used for septal work and small-bone periosteal lift; double-ended with sharp and blunt edges. Blade 4 mm, overall length 160 mm.
Our version is forged from AISI 420 German-grade stainless, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated to ASTM A967. Slim double-ended blade, narrow shaft. Packed individually, laser-marked with our SKU SE 15-10-02 and ready for steam sterilisation at 134 °C / 18 min.
