Designed by Maurice Cottle (1898–1981), this pattern is used for rhinoplasty and septal work; used for dorsal hump reduction and lateral osteotomy of the nasal pyramid. narrow, guarded or unguarded bevel, designed for precise nasal cortex work under direct vision.
Built on our floor in Sialkot from AISI 420 forging blanks, milled to the original German geometry, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated. The instrument carries laser-mark BS 14-290-01, ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, and is cleared for steam sterilisation at 134 °C.
