Designed by Richard von Volkmann (1830–1889, Halle), this pattern is used for general bone curettage — cyst evacuation, debridement, loose body removal; the oval-oval double-ended version is the most common pattern on the orthopedic table. Oval or round spoon, sharpened rim, long narrow handle.
Built on our floor in Sialkot from AISI 420 forging blanks, milled to the original German geometry, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated. The instrument carries laser-mark BS 14-460-04, ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, and is cleared for steam sterilisation at 134 °C.
