About the CONVERSE pattern: John Marquis Converse (1909-1981) was a foundational figure in maxillofacial and craniofacial surgery. His nasal retractor pattern offers four blade variants for different stages of septorhinoplasty. The 3½-inch length is optimised for transcolumellar and intercartilaginous incisions.
