Deaver Sharp/Blunt Curved — Deep Curved Plane

Curving the sharp-blunt Deaver shifts the cut onto the natural curve of deep abdominal anatomy — duodenal C-loop kocherisation along the avascular plane, splenocolic-ligament division to mobilise the splenic flexure, and hepato-renal-recess peritoneal-band release in adhesion-rich re-do laparotomy. Curve does the geometry, the mixed tip handles the tissue.
