14.5 cm Grazil sharp/sharp gets pulled into microvascular reconstruction — DIEP-flap recipient-vessel bed prep at the internal-mammary perforator, ALT-flap pedicle-length-adjustment trim, and fibula-free-flap skin-paddle inset around the mandibular reconstruction plate. Two sharp tips on a slim shank cut the perforator-feeder branches without traction injury.
