The 45-degree-angled 21 cm Jacobson is the deepest-reach angled micro on the vascular tray — coronary-artery-bypass distal-anastomosis through limited mini-thoracotomy, supra-genicular-artery angled bypass take-off in fem-pop above-knee revision, and renal-artery-stenosis transaortic endarterectomy at the renal-ostium. Angled tip clears the wound rim that a straight scissor cannot.
