Lange Straight Serrated 14.5 cm — Tendon-Edge Grip

14.5 cm Lange serrated straight is for tendon edges that slip — Achilles-tendon repair turn-down-flap edge trim, patellar-tendon ACL-graft harvest edge cut, and biceps-tendon proximal release at the bicipital groove during shoulder-arthroscopy open conversion. Serration locks tendon at the tip so the cut runs true.
