Lexer Straight 16 cm — Cartilage-and-Tendon General
The standalone Lexer pattern (Erich Lexer, Berlin-Jena 1867-1937) carries a subtly heavier blade than plain Mayo, tuned to the dense collagen of tendon and the firm matrix of cartilage. 16 cm Lexer straight serves rib-cartilage harvest for laryngeal-framework reconstruction, costal-graft preparation in microtia ear-build, and freed pubic-cartilage trim in symphysiotomy.
Cartilage-tendon use
- Rib-cartilage laryngeal frame
- Costal-graft microtia build
- Symphysiotomy pubic trim
16 cm Lexer straight, forged 420-grade stainless. Manufactured in Sialkot.
