This 165mm (16.5cm) Curved variant is forged from tungsten carbide inserts on AISI 420 German-grade Stainless Steel with gold ring handles. The moderately curved blades follow tissue contours during subcutaneous dissection, flap elevation, and lymph node dissection.

The blade weight sits between delicate Metzenbaum scissors and heavy Mayo scissors, making Lexer scissors the ideal choice when dissecting tissue of intermediate density — subcutaneous fat, superficial fascia, and areolar connective tissue.
