21 cm Lexer-TC curved goes deeper for tough long-tendon work — tibialis-anterior tendon transfer for foot-drop with TC-clean fascial-band cut, semitendinosus-gracilis hamstring graft preparation for ACL reconstruction at the bench, and biceps tenodesis subpectoral approach with curved cut around the bicipital groove. TC tips hold edge across multi-tendon procedures.
