Designed by Erich Lexer (1867–1937, Munich), this pattern is used for reconstructive and trauma orthopedics; commonly chosen for clavicle and long-bone osteotomy. straight bevel, square cross-section, heavier than a Lambotte.
Built on our floor in Sialkot from AISI 420 forging blanks, milled to the original German geometry, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated. The instrument carries laser-mark BS 14-240-05, ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, and is cleared for steam sterilisation at 134 °C.
