Mayo Straight 14.5 cm — Paediatric Fascia Closure

The smallest Mayo straight is sized for the paediatric and neonatal abdominal-fascia closure. Linea-alba reapproximation in a six-month-old umbilical-hernia repair, paediatric inguinal-hernia external-oblique closure, and Pyloromyotomy fascia step all benefit from this short heavy blade — short enough that the surgeon can rest a finger on the shaft for tip control even within a tiny incision.
