Met-Nelson C4 18 cm — Re-Do Sternotomy Entry

Configuration 4 is tuned for re-operative cardiac surgery where prior sternotomy creates dense scar-and-pericardial-adhesion fields. 18 cm C4 enters the re-do sternotomy and dissects through the scar plane between sternum and underlying right-ventricle without inadvertent cardiac perforation.
