Micro-Mosquito Kocher Hemostatic Forceps 100mm (10cm) 1×2 Teeth Curved (Ref HF 04-33-00) — A curved working tip lets the surgeon work behind tissue planes and around vascular structures without obstructing the view. The 1×2 tooth configuration provides positive tissue purchase — one tooth on one jaw, two on the opposing jaw, interlocking for a secure grip on tough fascia and skin edges.
Mosquito hemostatic forceps are the smallest of the clamp family — slim, fine tips named for the insect’s profile. The pattern is used wherever a delicate, controlled clamp on a small vessel is needed: plastic surgery, paediatric procedures, dental extractions, ENT, and microsurgery prep. Both straight and curved configurations are standard. The curved variant suits work around dental roots and through fascial planes; the straight variant is preferred for direct vascular access. Fully serrated jaws with a 3-step ratchet lock provide graduated occlusion of vessels under 2 mm without crushing surrounding tissue. Manufactured from AISI 420 stainless for corrosion resistance and autoclave durability.
