Micro-Mosquito Kocher Hemostatic Forceps 100mm (10cm) 1×2 Teeth Straight · SKU HF 04-32-01. A straight shaft simplifies handling in open-cavity work where the surgeon approaches the target along a clear line. The 1×2 tooth configuration provides positive tissue purchase — one tooth on one jaw, two on the opposing jaw, interlocking for a secure grip on tough fascia and skin edges.

Mosquito hemostatic forceps are the smallest of the clamp family — slim, fine tips named for the insect’s profile. The pattern is used wherever a delicate, controlled clamp on a small vessel is needed: plastic surgery, paediatric procedures, dental extractions, ENT, and microsurgery prep. Both straight and curved configurations are standard. The curved variant suits work around dental roots and through fascial planes; the straight variant is preferred for direct vascular access. Fully serrated jaws with a 3-step ratchet lock provide graduated occlusion of vessels under 2 mm without crushing surrounding tissue. Manufactured from AISI 420 stainless for corrosion resistance and autoclave durability.

Every instrument is forged, machined, and finished at the Sialkot facility from German-origin stainless billet — austenitic 304 / 316 grades for non-cutting, mucosal-contact, and hollow-ware lines where corrosion resistance is the priority, martensitic 420 / 440 grades for cutting and edge-retention patterns where heat-treatable hardness matters, and 17-4 PH precipitation-hardened stainless for high-load orthopedic and implant-handling applications. Polishing, passivation, and final inspection are performed in-house under documented quality procedures aligned with ISO 13485:2016.
