Parametrium Reference — Radical-Hysterectomy Pattern

The reference parametrium scissor is purpose-designed for the deep para-uterine fibrous-tissue work in radical-hysterectomy. Distinct from the Sims and Wertheim gynae-scissors, the parametrium pattern has a longer shank-and-thinner tip specifically tuned to dissecting cardinal-and-uterosacral ligaments through the dense parametrial fan-of-tissue. Reference parametrium handles type-II and type-III radical-hysterectomy parametrial-fan dissection, lateral-pelvic-side-wall lymphadenectomy boundary work, and parametrial-fascia release for ureteric-tunnel exposure.
