The 12 cm Beebee curved-blunt-blunt extends the orthopaedic wire-cutting reach for larger-bone cerclage work where 10 cm runs short. Use cases: femoral-shaft trochanteric-band cerclage in peri-prosthetic-fracture fixation around a hip arthroplasty stem, humeral-diaphyseal cerclage during periprosthetic-humeral-fracture revision, and patella-tendon avulsion tension-band wire cut at the bone-tendon interface. Curved geometry tracks bone curvature; longer length reaches around larger-bone diameter.
