23 cm DeBakey 45° angled with TC tips reaches the mid-aortic working depth for vascular-graft work — woven-Dacron aortic-tube-graft proximal anastomosis at the ascending-aorta-arch junction in Bentall procedure, descending-thoracic Dacron-graft distal anastomosis, and thoraco-abdominal-aneurysm bifurcated-graft-iliac-limb anastomosis at iliac trifurcation. TC edge survives Dacron without fraying; 45° angle clears the aortic-clamp.
