The same 14.5 cm Standard-TC pulls duty on the open-vascular tray — carotid-endarterectomy patch-angioplasty Dacron-edge trim, infrarenal-AAA Dacron-graft anastomosis suture cut at the aortic neck, and femoral-popliteal-bypass tibial-cuff stitch trim. TC tip cuts woven-Dacron without fraying that a stainless edge would leave.
