16.5 cm Standard-TC on the thoracic tray cuts through long open-lobectomy lists — pulmonary-artery branch ligature trim during anatomical right-upper-lobectomy, oesophago-gastric anastomosis suture cut at the cervical level in trans-hiatal oesophagectomy, and decortication pleural-rind edge trim in fibrothorax. TC keeps the edge through pleural calcification.
