Stevens tenotomy scissors are short, fine, blunt-tipped scissors used originally for tenotomy in strabismus surgery and now across plastic surgery, dermatology, and general minor procedures. The defining feature is the blunt rounded tips — designed to dissect under skin and through fascial planes without piercing the tissues being separated. Length is typically 11.5 cm overall with 3 cm blade. Both straight and curved configurations are common; the curved variant is preferred for blunt dissection along tissue planes. Stevens scissors are also used in undermining during facelift and cosmetic skin procedures, where the blunt-tip dissection minimizes vascular injury.

Sialkot has been the world’s primary cluster for surgical-instrument manufacturing since the late nineteenth century, when local steel workshops began supplying instruments to British military and civilian hospitals. Fizza Surgical’s facility continues that tradition, combining workshop craftsmanship with the metallurgy and quality systems modern medical regulation requires. Fizza products are exhibited at international medical-device trade fairs in Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
