TEBBETS Fiber Optic Retractor (with serrated tip) — precision surgical instrument from the Fizza Plastic Surgery range, manufactured at our Sialkot, Pakistan facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management. Used in breast augmentation; transaxillary subpectoral / submuscular pocket dissection.
About the TEBBETS pattern: John B. Tebbets, M.D., is a Dallas-based plastic surgeon who pioneered the modern transaxillary subpectoral approach to breast augmentation in the 1980s. His retractor pattern with serrated tip provides controlled muscle retraction during submuscular dissection. The integrated fiber-optic light guide illuminates the surgical pocket without obstructing the surgeon's working space.
