The curved Vannas 12 cm with 7 mm blade applies the same capsulotomy precision on a contour — peripheral-iridotomy at an oblique limbal approach, anterior-capsulotomy in white-cataract dye-stained capsule where the runaway tear curls peripherally, and IOL haptic-cut for trans-scleral IOL fixation. Curve follows iris-and-capsule geometry.
