Micro Straight 14 cm — Long-Reach Microsurgical

14 cm straight micro is the long-reach default — neurosurgical posterior-fossa cerebellar-hemisphere arachnoid-cisternal opening, transphenoidal sellar-floor dural-flap edge trim during pituitary surgery, and microvascular jejunal-free-flap mesenteric-arcade vessel preparation. Straight blade through the operative corridor when curving offers no benefit.
