Size #0 Macintosh — Small-Infant Curved Blade

Size-#0 Macintosh fiber-optic at 78-80mm is the small-infant intubation blade — sized for term-neonates 2.5-5 kg and small-infant emergency-airway management. The curved-vallecular-tip design is the same Robert Macintosh 1943 geometry, scaled to the infant pharynx where blade length must clear the vallecula without traumatising the epiglottis. Standard for paediatric-cardiac surgery and infant-ICU intubation.
