The McCoy flexible tip Mega fiber optic laryngoscope blade combines the lever-controlled hinged tip of the McCoy pattern with the larger 4 × 6 mm Mega Light fiber bundle. Fizza Surgical makes it in five sizes, 1 to 5, under catalogue references DI-100-01 to DI-100-05, for fiber optic handles with the ISO 7376 fitting.
