The McCoy flexible tip fiber optic laryngoscope blade is a Macintosh-type blade with a hinged tip. A lever beside the handle moves the tip through up to 90° to lift the epiglottis further when the view is poor. Fizza Surgical makes it in five sizes, 1 to 5, under catalogue references DI-105-01 to DI-105-05, with a 3 mm fiber optic light for fiber optic handles.
