Fiber Optic Miller Blade 102mm – 105mm Infant · SKU DI 01-20-03 — manufactured to ISO 13485:2016.

The Miller laryngoscope blade — developed by American anaesthetist Robert A. Miller in 1941 — is the straight blade used primarily for paediatric and difficult-airway intubation. Where Macintosh’s curved tip sits in the vallecula and indirectly lifts the epiglottis, the Miller’s straight blade is placed directly under the epiglottis and lifts it forward. This direct technique provides better laryngeal exposure in infants (whose epiglottis is large and floppy) and in difficult adult intubations where the Macintosh fails. Miller blades are manufactured in sizes 0 (neonatal) through 4 (large adult), with sizes 0, 1, and 2 most used in paediatric anaesthesia.

Fizza Surgical exports to hospital groups, surgical distributors, and OEM partners across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Container-load shipments move via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and major sea-freight lines on all Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). All Incoterms 2020 commercial documentation, including health certificates and certificates of origin attested by the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce, is prepared in-house.

What laryngoscope blade sizes and types do you manufacture?
Macintosh (curved) and Miller (straight) blades in sizes 0 (neonatal) through 4 (large adult), available in both conventional bulb and fiber-optic configurations. All blades are forged from AISI 420 stainless steel and autoclavable to 134 °C.
Are your laryngoscopes CE-marked?
Yes. All Fizza laryngoscope blades and handles are CE-marked Class I medical devices under EU MDR 2017/745, manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 QMS.
What is the MOQ for laryngoscope private-label production?
Standard MOQ is 50 sets for complete intubation kits (blades 0–4 with handle), or 300 units per blade size for individual blades.
Do you supply complete intubation sets?
Yes — complete intubation kits including handles (small and large), Macintosh or Miller blade sets sizes 0–4, and rigid storage cases are available. Co-branded packaging available from 100 sets.
