Pattern: BRUNS. Family: Curette. Overall length 230 mm.
Designed by Viktor von Bruns (1812–1883, Tübingen), this pattern is used for deep bone cavities, particularly in neurosurgery and ENT; the Bruns line is ring-handled rather than stick-handled. Ring handle, angled neck, oval cup head.
Built on our floor in Sialkot from AISI 420 forging blanks, milled to the original German geometry, hardened to 52–54 HRC and passivated. The instrument carries laser-mark BS 14-410-06, ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, and is cleared for steam sterilisation at 134 °C.
