Buck Ligature 14.5 cm — NY Plastic-Surgery Heritage
Gurdon Buck (1807-1877), the New York plastic-and-reconstructive surgery pioneer who treated American-Civil-War facial-injury patients and gave his name to Buck’s fascia of the penis, lent his name to the slim-tip ligature scissor for plastic-surgical suture-removal. 14.5 cm Buck handles post-rhinoplasty interrupted-prolene removal, post-blepharoplasty fine 6-0 nylon removal, and post-facelift platysmal-suture removal. NY plastic-tradition.
