The extra-large Graves speculum (115mm x 35mm) is the longest instrument in the Graves range, designed for patients with the deepest vaginal anatomy or high-BMI populations where standard instruments cannot adequately reach and expose the cervix. The full 35mm width combined with 115mm length provides comprehensive cervical and vaginal vault visualization.
Built with heavy-gauge forged surgical stainless steel and an oversized self-retaining locking mechanism rated for the mechanical demands of maximum-extension operation. Reinforced pivot points ensure stable blade tracking without lateral play.
