Kelly Straight Fistula — Johns-Hopkins Gynae Pattern
Howard A. Kelly (1858-1943), Johns Hopkins-founding gynaecological surgeon and one of the “Big Four” of American medicine, lent his name to the long-shafted fine-tipped fistula scissor for trans-vaginal-and-trans-abdominal fistula-track work.
