De Bakey TC 60° 28 cm — Pulmonary Artery Sleeve Resection

The longest 60-degree TC DeBakey is the pulmonary-artery sleeve-resection tool of thoracic-oncology surgery — full pneumonectomy avoided in favour of a sleeve resection where a length of PA is removed and reanastomosed under bronchovascular reconstruction. Carbide-edge plus deep-thoracic 28 cm reach plus 60-degree wrist clearance lets the surgeon trim the PA cuff cleanly.
