The Miller fiber optic laryngoscope blade is the straight blade that lifts the epiglottis directly, which is why it is often chosen for neonates, infants and difficult airways. Fizza Surgical makes it in six sizes, 00 to 4, under catalogue references DI-210-01 to DI-210-06. The light conductor is removable without tools and the blade fits fiber optic handles with the ISO 7376 fitting.
